I’m teaching together with Arnau Manasanch an intensive programming course for biologists and psychologists at the Cortical Networks Lab, IDIBAPS. It’s a course intended for scientists with no (or limited) previous experience in programming, focusing on simple analysis and visualizations (more than on typical CS applications). The course is based on a learn-by-doing approach and the repository is open. Feel free to reuse the material if you find it useful (the material is growing as the course goes on, so stay tuned).
